Easter Nests Recipe

With Easter coming up, we have a fun and easy recipe to share with you.

Chocolate nests filled with mini eggs would be a sweet addition to the Easter table and a perfect project to do with children on a long weekend.

You will need -
200g chocolate (we used a mix of milk and dark chocolate)
100g butter
3 tablespoons golden syrup
8 Shredded Wheat cereals
1 bag of mini eggs

Place the broken up chocolate in a metal or glass bowl and heat over a pan of water until the chocolate has fully melted.

Add in your melted butter and golden syrup.

Add in your broken up shredded wheat cereal and stir until fully coated.

Spoon the mixture using two spoons into nest shapes onto a tray with parchment paper.

Press down the centre of the nest to place your mini eggs. We used 2 eggs per nest.

Put in the fridge for an hour until the nests have set and are ready to be eaten.

Broad Beans & Peas

We've enjoyed sunny Spring days in the garden, planting Broad Beans, Peas and Carrots.

Perfectly poised in & alongside Claverton Cloche's.

A trusty companion in any garden, the cloches are Handmade in England and will stand for the test of time.

And of course, they look very beautiful.
