CHRISTI-ANNA LOMAS - BESPOKE FASHION
Sopho began working with C&R in 2014 and met Christina, our founder and creative director in 2015. Immediately, he had an admiration he hadn’t come across previously working with designers over the duration of his long and dedicated career.
He found her ethics, values, passion, general calmness, and outlook on fashion inspiring.
In 2016 Christina asked if Sopho would like to manufacture all of the C&R UK production, to which he answered “absolutely, it will be a pleasure to work with someone like you”. And so, the journey began.
During this time, it became apparent that their ambitions were aligned; Christina's love for fashion and Sopho's obsession with finding ways to improve the quality of his craft, constantly striving to make an exquisite product by learning better techniques, paying attention to the smallest details, and searching for better tools to improve.
A New Chapter Begins
We are very excited to bring a new concept to C&R customers, whereby you, as the customer will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of archive styles in a wide range of fabrics and colours.
The team at Christi-Anna Lomas are extremely proud and excited to continue the legacy of this beautiful brand, which has been a large part of Sopho's (and his family's) life for over a decade. His love and passion for producing beautiful clothes will serve C&R customers well into the future.
Made to Order
We have given Christi-Anna Lomas access to our pattern archives - which in turn will give our customers a bespoke service to create their favourite garments with the experienced and talented team we trust to produce our British made collections.
We decided that to enable our customers to work directly with our manufacturer, with whom we have built a long standing understanding about the quality of construction, the heritage, ethos and sustainability of our designs; is the most accessible and cost effective way to continue our fashion legacy.
Christi-Anna Lomas will be working with the same heritage mills that we have worked with in the past to source the finest fabrics and trims. Sopho & his team will work with you to develop beloved Cabbages & Roses archive pieces which will be unique to you.

This has been an important part of our journey and the decisions we have taken in the past few years.
