UK DELIVERY INFORMATION - DPD TRACKED SERVICE

STANDARD DELIVERY - £8.50

Standard Delivery* within the UK costs £8.50 (for delivery of fabric and/or wallpaper please see below).

We use a next day service for UK orders but for more remote areas of the UK please allow 2-3 days for delivery. During sale and promotion deliveries can take up to 5 working days.

Orders placed after midday on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.

Deliveries are made by DPD between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature.


FABRIC AND WALLPAPER DELIVERY

We offer Standard Delivery within the UK on our fabrics and wallpaper. Please see the chart below for charges.

WALLPAPER BY ROLL

1-2 ROLLS - £6.50

Please allow 3-5 working days for goods to arrive once dispatched by our printer.

EUROPE (within the EU Zone) - from £25 - DHL International Service

Delivery within the EU zone costs from £25. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout based on meterage.

Please allow up to 14 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your goods to arrive. Orders placed after noon on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.

Now that we are not based in the EU owing to Brexit, VAT is not charged at checkout. Items sent by courier will be subject to local sales tax to be paid to the courier upon delivery. The majority of our items are made in the UK. For these items valued over £135 there is 2.5% duty on the total value. Some couriers will also charge a handling fee (not normally more than EUR10). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. A small selection of items are made outside of the EU and GB. For these items, a 12% duty charge will also be applied at the destination All items have their country of origin marked in the product description.


REST OF WORLD (including non - EU Zones) - from £40 - DHL International Service

Delivery for the ROW (including non-EU zone Europe) costs from £40. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout based on meterage.

Please allow up to 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your goods to arrive.

Orders placed after noon on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.


INTERNATIONAL FABRIC AND WALLPAPER DELIVERY

We offer International delivery on our fabrics and wallpaper. Please contact us for delivery quotes and courier options.

For delivery within Europe please allow up to 14 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your goods to arrive.

For delivery to ROW please allow up to 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your goods to arrive.

Orders placed after 4 noon on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.


SALES TAX

All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

If your order is being despatched outside of the UK, sales tax (VAT) will be deducted from your order value at the checkout.

When you are at our check out page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and sales tax (VAT). For UK orders, we split out the VAT amount at the checkout for your reference. This is not added to the prices shown on each product on the website.


DUTY AND CUSTOMS & RETURNS PROCEDURE

Any customs or import duties and courier handling fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if the order is being shipped outside the UK). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

If you reject an order due to unexpected duties or taxes we cannot refund you for this until the order has been returned to our warehouse and processed by the team as a return.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being returned new, unused, makeup free and un-scented with all Cabbages & Roses garment tags and labels attached. Cabbages & Roses reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

Customers returning their order will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us, and we cannot refund goods which we have not received.

If you cancel your full order for a refund within the returns period (i.e. 28 days for full price items, and 14 days for sale items), or notify us of your intention to return it by contacting Customer Service on +44 (0)1749717095, we will refund any initial postage charges.

We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of goods being received at our warehouse, however during busy periods such as end of season sale, this may take little longer.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received any items from us which you believe to be faulty within 28 days of receipt, then you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault on your online Returns Form. We will refund any returns postage on a faulty item so please keep your postage receipt.

ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED

When returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return/cancel products that are made to your unique specification, this includes fabric cut to your specification, made-to-measure orders and goods that are personalised for you.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("Consumer Regulations") you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the Cabbages & Roses returns policy, detailed above, does not affect your right to cancel your contract with us under these regulations.


All order cancellations must be made in writing, by email, within 14 days starting the day after you receive your order.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the products to us. The care of the goods is also your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your proof of postage receipt.

The reimbursement will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

We will also reimburse your standard delivery costs (if applicable). In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will only refund standard delivery charges if the entire order is returned. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification (including made-to-measure orders and fabric cut to your specification), or that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.

Please note that the right to cancel under the Consumer Regulations will not be available in some circumstances. For instance if you wish to cancel only part of an order or if you wish to cancel your order over 14 days after receipt of the goods, however, our own returns policy might be applicable (please see above).
